Frequently asked questions.

  1. What colors do you offer in your breeding program?

Our cattery specializes in breeding kittens in the following color variations: Golden Point, Silver Point, Black Golden Shaded, and Blue Golden Shaded.

2. Do you have available kittens, and how long is the waitlist?

All available kittens are listed on our website under "Available Kittens" The duration of the waitlist varies and is influenced by the following factors:

Waitlist Order: Families are notified in the order of their submitted waitlist applications. If a family does not make a selection during their designated round or within the allotted time, they forfeit their priority, and their position on the waitlist may be adjusted. Families must proactively contact the cattery to participate in subsequent selection rounds. Please note that waitlist positions are valid for a period of 2 years.

Breeding Schedule: The waitlist timeline is also dependent on our breeding plans and the outcomes of specific pairings.

3. Can I request a specific color, gender, or parentage for my kitten?

Color and Gender: You may request a specific color and/or gender; however, this may extend your wait time.

Parentage: We do not allow requests for specific parentage, as pairings are carefully planned to maintain the health and quality of our breeding program.

4. What is the price range for your kittens, and do you offer any discounts?

Our kittens are priced between $3000 and $3500, depending on factors such as color, gender, temperament, and overall quality. Detailed information about the services included in the price can be found on the "Pricing & Application" page of our website. We occasionally offer limited-time promotions for available kittens during holidays, as well as discounts for returning families purchasing a second kitten. Please note that kittens priced below the standard range do not qualify for the full suite of services.

5. How do out-of-state or non-local families receive their kittens?

Pet Nanny Service: We provide a professional Pet Nanny service for nationwide delivery within the United States. This service ensures that your kitten is accompanied by a dedicated caretaker throughout the journey, offering the highest level of safety and comfort. Pricing varies by destination, typically ranging from $500 to $600.

Local Delivery: For families in the Los Angeles area, we offer complimentary delivery to most locations. In the San Francisco area, delivery is available for a fee of $350, or families may opt to pick up their kitten in person at either of our locations: CA91748 or CA93446.

6. Why don’t you allow in-person visits to the cattery?

Health and Biosecurity: Kittens have developing immune systems and are highly vulnerable to pathogens. Visitors risk introducing diseases like feline panleukopenia (FPV) or feline herpesvirus (FHV), endangering the health of our cats and kittens.

Minimizing Stress: Kittens and breeding cats are sensitive to changes. Unfamiliar visitors can cause stress, negatively impacting their well-being and development.

Protecting Breeding Cats: Queen cats need a calm, stable environment during pregnancy, nursing, and rearing. Visitor disruptions can harm their health and their ability to care for their litters.

Fairness and Transparency: We provide detailed photos, videos, and information to ensure all families can make informed decisions without in-person visits.

Privacy and Security: Our cattery is a private facility. We prioritize the safety and privacy of our cats, kittens, and team, so public tours are not offered.

(We understand that families may wish to see their future kitten in person, and we strive to provide as much transparency as possible through high-quality media and open communication. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out—we are here to assist you!

Thank you for your understanding and support. We are dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized kittens and providing exceptional service to our families.)

7. How do I join the waitlist for a kitten?

To join our waitlist, please follow these steps:

-Step 1: Visit our website and go to the Pricing & Application page. Carefully review the details to understand what services are included in our pricing.

-Step 2: On the same page, you will find a kitten application form. Fill out the form with your details.

- Step 3: After completing the form, make a payment of $300 via Venmo or Zelle. Once the payment is successful, take a screenshot. This payment will automatically add you to our waitlist system. We will then send you a contract with your name on it, which does not require a signature.

-Step 4: Wait for our notification when kittens are available for selection. You will have 24 hours to choose a kitten. If you do not make a selection within this time, the opportunity will pass to the next family, and the kitten will be made available for public selection. However, you will still have a chance in the next round of private selections. Please note that your spot on the waitlist is valid for 2 years.

-Step 5: After selecting a kitten, you will need to pay 50% of the remaining price to secure the kitten and ensure it is no longer available for public sale. At this point, we will finalize the contract details.

8. What happens if I don’t respond or select a kitten within 24 hours?

For Families Who Do Not Respond at All:

If you do not respond to our emails or messages within 24 hours, you will be considered to have forfeited your opportunity. We will automatically move to the next family, and you will no longer receive any further kitten selection notifications. If you wish to rejoin the selection process, you will need to contact us directly to discuss your situation.

For Families Who Respond but Do Not Make a Selection:

If you respond to our notification but do not select a kitten within 24 hours, the opportunity will pass to the next family, or the kitten will be made available for public selection. However, you will still have a chance in the next round of private selections.

9. Why can’t kittens go home before 3.5 months of age?

We want to make sure your new kitten is healthy, happy, and ready to join your family! That’s why kittens stay with us until they are at least 3.5 months old. During this time, we complete several important steps to prepare them for their new home:

-Vaccinations: Kittens receive their FVRCP vaccines, which protect against common feline diseases. The first dose is given at 8 weeks old, followed by two more doses every 3-4 weeks (for a total of 3 doses).

-Deworming: Kittens are treated for both internal parasites (like worms) and external parasites (like fleas).

-Microchipping: Each kitten is microchipped for safety and identification.

-Documentation: We prepare your kitten’s birth records, genetic testing, and pedigree certificates.

-Socialization: Kittens spend time interacting with people and other animals to develop a confident and friendly personality.

These steps ensure your kitten is healthy, well-adjusted, and ready to become a beloved member of your family!
